Cancellation Policy

At Kyomi, we begin processing your order soon after it is placed to ensure timely delivery.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped or customized. Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
