Refund policy
At Kyomi, each piece of jewellery is crafted with care and quality checks. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos of the product.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process. After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note that customized or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
