Exchange Policy
At Kyomi, we want you to love what you wear.
Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos for verification.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the exchange process. The replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 business days after receiving the original item.
Please note that customized or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for exchange.
